Volunteer Registration Fee Waiver Policy
To acknowledge the assistance of volunteers giving substantial time and effort in service to the club, the following volunteer positions in UDFC are eligible for full or partial waiver of player registration fees:
Elected members of the UDFC Board of Directors – 100% waiver of registration fees for up to two family members.
Head Travel Team Coach – $100 waiver for one family member playing for the team coached in the season coached.
1st & 2nd Assistant Travel Team Coach or Team Manager – $50 waiver for one family member playing for the team coached in the season coached.
Head Intramural Team Coach – 100% waiver for one family member playing for the team coached in the season coached. Intramural Team Coaches must have volunteered to coach prior to the end of the open registration period to be eligible for the waiver.
Fee waivers cannot be carried over to future seasons and have no cash value.
A coach without a player participating on the team coached, may choose to designate the waiver to another family member.
The board of directors may vote by simple majority to provide a one-time full or partial registration fee waiver to other volunteers, by group or individually, who may provide substantial service to the club.
